General Information Naugasoft Vinyl
- Extraordinary abrasion resistance (1,000,000 cycles on #8 Duck CFFAla).
- Meets GSA upholstery requirements for tear strength, stitch tear resistance, and tensile strength.
- Meets the flammability test requirements for upholstered materials contained in the following specifications: California Technical Bulletin 117, Section E BIFMA, and Screen Test 4.6. 1. 1. UFAC.
- Sulfide stain resistant.
- UV stabilized pigments.
- Protected by an Advanced Waterbased Beautygard® Topcoat.
- Contains an agent to protect it against fungal microorganisms.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Naugasoft Vinyl
- While staining and soiling exposures are common to upholstery fabrics, Naugahyde’s sulfide stain resistant formulation allows most to be removed using the following methods:
- For Light soiling:
- A solution of 10% household liquid dish soap with warm water applied with a soft damp cloth or sponge will remove most soiling.
- If necessary, use a solution of liquid cleanser and water applied with a soft bristle brush. Wipe away the residue with a water-dampened cloth.
- For Heavier soiling not solved by the above method:
- Dampen a soft white cloth with lighter fluid (naphtha) and rub gently. Rinse with a water-dampened cloth.
- Note: Use extreme caution with this method. Complete only in a well-ventilated area and away from any open flame.
- For the most difficult stains not removed by the above methods:
- Dampen a soft white cloth with a solution of household bleach (sodium hypochlorite); 10% bleach, 90% water. Rub gently.
- Rinse with a water-dampened cloth to remove the bleach concentration.

General Information Condor Vinyl
Condor Vinyl is designed for unlimited applications in heavy commercial environments. It complies with the highest standards in fabric quality, offering high resistance to normal scrapes and scuffing, where conventional vinyls have difficulty. Its exclusive formulation delivers a superior softness for comfort including excellent strength and wear characteristics.
Condor Vinyl is formulated with PRIMUS, a technical breakthrough in vinyl protection. PRIMUS is an exclusive perspiration and oil resistant formulation that inhibits cracking and drying out of the PVC surface from perspiration and oil.

Do not dry clean or use abrasive or solvent based products.
- For Light soiling:
- A solution of 10% household liquid dish soap with warm water applied with a soft damp cloth or sponge will remove most soiling.
- If necessary, use a solution of liquid cleanser and water applied with a soft bristle brush. Wipe away the residue with a water-dampened cloth.
- For Heavier soiling not solved by the above method:
- Dampen a soft white cloth with lighter fluid (naphtha) and rub gently. Rinse with a water-dampened cloth.
- Note: Use extreme caution with this method. Complete only in a well-ventilated area and away from any open flame.

Open House upholstery by Guilford is a durable commercial upholstery fabric with a 10-year performance warranty.
Features
- Guaranteed not to wear-through under normal indoor seating conditions by the original customer.
- Meets California’s stringent flammability requirements.
- More breathable than vinyl and polyurethane upholstery.
- Soft, cool sitting surface.
- 35% post-consumer recycled polyester; 65% pre-consumer recycled polyester.

This fabric does not stretch, which makes the seat feel very firm. Not our favorite for this reason, but still a very popular choice because of its durability.
