Bambach Saddle Seats

The Bambach Saddle Seat is more anatomically contoured than other saddle seats. A deeply sculpted front pommel and rear cantel stabilize the pelvis in an upright orientation for healthy spinal posture. The down-side of the anatomical contour is that it either fits you like a glove (comfortable) or it doesn’t (uncomfortable). If it fits you, we recommend it.

The contoured backrest is optional and usually not needed by able-bodied people, since the saddle supports an upright posture naturally without a backrest. We recommend the backrest for people who become easily fatigued, who have poor balance, are very weak, or who work for prolonged periods in static postures (e.g., a microsurgeon).
- Seat tilts 5° backward and 10° forward for comfort.
- Durable swivel 5-star base. 24″ base is standard. 27″ base is provided with tall lifts used with a footring for greater stability at no additional charge.
- Oversize 60mm hooded casters for smooth rolling on carpet or hard floors. Optional braking, locking, and industrial casters also available.
- Meets California TB 117 flammability standards.

Saddle Size

Small		For young children and very small adults
Medium		The most popular saddle size. Fits most adults and teens.
Narrow		Same fit as the medium seat, but more narrow in the front to allow sitting with the knees closer together (i.e., reduced hip abduction). For people with stiff hips or hip abnormalities. Some men report that the Narrow Saddle offers more room for their "privates."
Large		Features a longer, flatter front pommel with a wider seat in the rear. Longer front-to-back and wider in the rear than the Standard Saddle, however hip abduction (leg spread) is the same in both. The introduction of the large seat was the result of feedback from male customers. While predominately used by men, it is also preferred by larger framed women and those with muscular or thicker thighs and buttocks.

Standard use

For standard use, Health by Design warrants to the original purchaser that the Bambach Saddle Seat shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years. Normal wear or abuse of upholstery is not covered. This warranty is void if the product has been defaced, changed, or tampered with or improperly used or installed or if the claim arises from damage or loss during shipment. All other warranties express or implied, whether arising by virtue of statue or otherwise are excluded.

Warranty for 24-hour use

For continuous 24-hour use, for example multi-shift applications, Health by Design warrants to the original purchaser that the Bambach Saddle Seat shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years. Normal wear of upholstery is not covered.

Procedure for warranty service
