Shipping

All orders are typically shipped via USPS first class mail service or UPS ground within two business days from the time payment is received. Generally, you can expect receipt of items in 3-7 days. In some rare circumstances shipping times will be longer. If, for any reason, we expect an extensive shipping delay, you will be notified via email and given the option for a refund.

Returns

Responsibility for defective DVDs will be assumed by Correct Breathing Concepts. Notify us by e-mail of the defect and we will replace your item promptly. Refunds will be made on returned unopened items minus the shipping and handling fees. Refunds will not be given for opened merchandise.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for all classes and workshops made more than five days in advance receive a full refund minus any charges incurred from PayPal. Cancellations made within five days of a class or workshop are charged a $20 fee plus any charges incurred from PayPal.
